FEED OUR FUTURE PROGRAM

There are many students in Tulsa who leave school on Friday, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa is taking innovative action to improve the health and well-being of our communities through better nutrition with the Feed our Future Program. This program will assist students in the Tulsa Public School System who face persistent food insecurity and hunger. We now provide weekend meals, in the form of snack bags, to hundreds of Tulsa Public high school students who face significant obstacles due to poor nutrition and food insecurity.
