Thank you for volunteering with Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa. Wellness Check Callers play an important role by making caring contact with homebound seniors. For many, you may be the only person they talk to that day.
On your assigned day, you may download, open the app, and enter the following information:
All information is case sensitive
Your Phone Number
Customer ID: OK1002
Route Code: (Assigned to you)
Passkey: (changes daily - you will receive an email with your passkey)
You will be able to sign in on your assigned day.

When making calls, begin by assessing the client:
"Hi! This is ___ and I'm a volunteer with Meals on Wheels. I'm calling to see you how you are doing today."
Check with them about new or arising issues.
Report changes of condition on the Mobile Meals App.
