VOLUNTEER TRAINING

Thank you for volunteering with Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa. Wellness Check Callers play an important role by making caring contact with homebound seniors. For many, you may be the only person they talk to that day.

To begin, download the Servtracker MobileMeals app from your phone's app store. For iphone, this will be the app store and for android phones, Google Play.

On your assigned day, you may download, open the app, and enter the following information:

All information is case sensitive

  • Your Name

  • Your Phone Number

  • Customer ID: OK1002

  • Route Code: (Assigned to you)

  • Password: driverpass

  • Passkey: (changes daily - you will receive an email with your passkey)

You will be able to sign in on your assigned day.

You may also refer to the meal delivery guide to find the day that your clients will receive their meal delivery.

When making calls, begin by assessing the client:

  • "Hi! This is ___ and I'm a volunteer with Meals on Wheels. I'm calling to see you how you are doing today."

  • Check with them about new or arising issues.

  • Report changes of condition on the Mobile Meals App.
